About Peora Products
How is Sterling Silver different than Normal Silver?
Often, Sterling Silver and Silver are described as one and the same thing, but they aren’t. Sterling silver is only an alloy of silver which consists of 92.5% silver, and the remaining 7.5% (or even more) is of other metals. On the other hand Silver, which is usually called fine silver, consists of 99.9% pure silver, Also because of the high percentage of silver in pure silver, it cannot be used to make those daily rough and tuff items. Pure silver is just too soft if it is to be made or shaped into such items. Whereas sterling Silver is better to use in making Jewellery coz it doesn't get dark over a period of time.
What precaution should I take? Can I wear Sterling Silver Jewelry every day?
Yes, you can wear Sterling Silver Jewellery every day, but to make it last and shine longer take it off when you wash, take bath, cook, swim or exercise. Keep it away from heat, perfumes or any other strong chemicals. Store it in the original Jewellery box.
On what occasion can I wear Peora Jewellery?

Do pendants come with the chain?
No, we don't offer free chains with Pendants.
What are the metals used in making Peora Products?
Most of the Peora products are made up of Sterling Silver or Non precious Metals. Some of our Men's Jewellery is also made up of Tungsten, Titanium, Ceramic and Surgical Stainless Steel.
What if I don’t know the ring size? How can I measure it?

Shipping Details
When does my product gets shipped?
We understand our customer’s curiosity of seeing the product once they place an order, hence considering that we ship our order on the same day. Only during Sundays and Bank holidays the products are shipped the very next day.
Is Shipping free?
Yes, Peora offers free shipping all over India for Prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery orders customers will have to pay Rs 99 extra as COD fee.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Will I get an Email after you ship my product?
Yes, you will get an email once we ship your products along with the Tracking number so that you can track your order.
Delivery
In how many days will my product get delivered?
Your products will get delivered within 2- 5 Business days.
Does Peora deliver internationally?
Yes we do. But the customers will have to bear shipping charges.
Packaging
How is Peora product packed?
We understand the importance of packing; A customer not only buys a Peora product but also buys a whole Peora Experience. Hence Peora products are packed in exclusive Jewellery box. Our packaging is designed in a manner which guards the jewellery from scratches, sharp blows, harsh chemicals, extreme temperature and sunlight. It is made with such a technique that the jewellery is protected from fading of its charms and every time you wear it, you will feel like you just bought it.
Is Gift Wrapping done?
Yes we can Gift wrap your product and attach 160 character message with a small card.
Return
What if the Ring that I ordered online doesn't fit me? Can I return the Ring?
Yes you can! Call our Customer Care Representative at +91 (022) 28263331 or 28329606 and they will guide you.
Can I return the product if I didn't like?
We are sure this situation will never occur; even if it does we won’t be able to accept this.
Will I get refund, If I plan to give back the product purchased online?
No, we don’t offer refund.
What if a Ring purchased from any of the Peora Retail Store doesn't fit me? Can I return the Ring?
No, we don’t accept returns at any of our Peora retail stores.
Can I return the product purchased from any of the Peora retail stores, if I didn't like?
We will not accept any kind of returns at our Peora retail stores under any circumstances.
Will I get refund, If I plan to give back the product purchased from any of the Peora Retail Store?
No, we don’t offer refund.

Can I exchange the products after buying it online?
Yes you can! But only under certain conditions. Kindly refer to our Exchange Policy.
Can I exchange the products after buying it from Peora retail stores?
Sorry, we don’t allow exchanges are our Peora retail stores.
Replacement
What if the product I received is broken? Will it get replaced?
Yes it will! But only under certain conditions. Kindly refer to our Exchange Policy.
Do I have to bear the shipping cost?
Yes customers will have to bear one time shipping cost if he intends to replace the product.
What if the product I purchased from any of our Peora retail store is broken? Will it get replaced?
Sorry we don’t allow replacements at any of our Peora retail stores.
Tracking
How do I track my order?
You will get an email once we ship your products along with the Air way bill number with the help of which you can go to the respective courier website and track your order.
Warranty
Does Peora products have warranty?
Yes, all Sterling Silver and Men's products come with one year warranty against any manufacturing defect. & All Fashion Jewellery products comes with one month warranty against any manufacturing defect. Warranty does not cover damages such as breakages, scratches, cracks, tarnishing of plating due to misuse or any sort of wear and tear.
Payment options
What are the different payment options?
You can Pay using your Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or Cash On Delivery. Please note that a service fee of Rs 99 will be applicable on all Cash On Delivery (COD) orders. Due to security reasons, COD option is not available on purchases above Rs 15,000/-
Will my account details be confidential?
Yes, We understand our customer’s privacy and trust us; your account details will be confidential and won't be shared with anyone under any circumstances.
Is COD possible in my area?
To know if COD option is available in your area, please use the COD finder on the product pages.
Is there any charge for COD Shipment?
Yes, the customer will be charged for every COD transaction he makes. A service fee of Rs 99 will be applicable on all Cash On Delivery (COD) orders.
I am not able to make Net Banking payment through my SBI or Canara Bank cards. What should I do?
As per RBI regulations these banks have stopped their Net Banking services for Jewellery companies. You can make payment through Peora's HDFC account. International Orders
How to place an International Order.
1) Visit www.peora.in
2) On right hand side top corner of the page you will see Currency Converter Option. Where you will See 5 Currencies. Select your preferred Currency of Payment.
3) Choose the Jewellery you wish to buy.
4) Click BUYNOW
5) Now Either Continue Shopping or Click CHECKOUT.
5) Enter your Billing address and then the Shipping address (If delivery is to be made to another address).
6) Shipping charges will be calculated depending on the country selected in the shipping address. The charges will be reflected in the order summary page. Shipping to India is Free.
7) Click Order Now and you will be directed to the PayPal payment page where you can fill in your Paypal details and make the payment.
8) Once the payment is made your order will be confirmed and you will receive an email.

Is there any exchange, return or replacement policy on international orders?
No there is no exchange, return or replacement policy on international orders.
Are there any additional charges on international shipping?
Yes, the charges vary from country to country. You can know your country charges while making the payment.
I want my order to be delivered outside India. Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?
In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Peora is not able to pay these charges for you or refund any of these charges. Peora has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We’d recommend contacting your local customs office for the latest charges before ordering.
